Caretaker Services

We have a range of services for many different sectors, aimed at providing a cost effective caretaker/maintenance solution.

 

A “Shared” service can drastically reduce the costs of direct hiring, minimising downtime and eliminating associated costs of employment such as sick/holiday pay, absence cover, administration etc.

 

The client only pays for what they get, so if you only need a certain amount of hours per week, or want to increase or reduce when required, then that is all possible.

 

Our mobile service means a trained and vetted caretaker will arrive only when required and can be requested to attend at short notice if needed.

 

We will invoice you a set hourly rate, for only the hours requested and worked, and you have the freedom to decide the duties performed for these times.
